Returns & Exchanges


At Eden Smith Home, we curate exceptional pieces for your home. To ensure every client receives merchandise in showroom-grade condition, we maintain the following standards.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Eden Smith Home offers a 10-day limited return and exchange period from the original date of purchase for eligible in-stock merchandise.


1.1 Days 1–5: Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within five (5) days of purchase for a refund to the original method of payment.


1.2 Days 6–10: Exchange or Store Credit
Items returned between six (6) and ten (10) days from the date of purchase are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued during this period.


1.3 After Day 10
All sales are final after ten (10) days from the original date of purchase. No returns, exchanges, or credits will be permitted.

2. Condition of Returned Merchandise
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Eden Smith Home.

 

To qualify, merchandise must be returned in pristine, resalable condition, including:
 

* Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered


* In original packaging with all tags attached


* Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear


* Free from odours, including but not limited to perfume, smoke, or food-related scents


* Free from pet hair, dander, or other contaminants


Eden Smith Home reserves the sole and absolute right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these criteria.

3. Final Sale Items
The following categories are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances:

 

* All sale, discounted, or promotional merchandise


* All furniture and large-scale décor items, including but not limited to:


* Seating, tables, shelving


* Lighting fixtures


* Mirrors


* Oversized or installation-based items


* All personal care, apothecary, and wellness products

 

4. Gift Receipts
Items accompanied by a valid gift receipt may be returned for exchange or store credit within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.

 

Refunds to the original method of payment are not available for gift returns.

5. Custom & Special Orders
 

5.1 Deposits
All custom and special order merchandise requires a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) at the time of order placement.

 

5.2 Final Payment
The remaining balance is due in full upon notification that the item is ready for pickup or delivery.

 

5.3 Cancellations & Returns
All custom and special orders are final sale. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted once an order has been placed.

6. Delivery Terms
White glove delivery services may be offered at the discretion of Eden Smith Home.

 

Delivery fees are determined based on item size, delivery location, and service level


Fees will be quoted at the time of purchase


Eden Smith Home is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers

7. Right of Refusal
Eden Smith Home reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

 

* Refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy


* Limit or deny transactions where abuse of the return policy is suspected


* Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice

8. Governing Principle
All determinations regarding returns, exchanges, and merchandise condition are made at the sole discretion of Eden Smith Home and are final.
